How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Processing

Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 3-4 business days!

Shipped

Yay! Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Partial

Oh, looks like your order has a backorder or made-to-order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 30-day exchanges. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Do you have a warranty?

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We are confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party other than Wava Jewelries.

Please submit any warranty requests and our team will follow up with you within 1-2 business days with additional details.

Important

1. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work. Although we do not offer any repair or resizing service, if your Wava Jewelries piece is defective and covered under the warranty, please submit details and our team will follow up with you.

Ordering

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All our jewelry are carefully handmade. Some pieces are in-stock and ready for fast-shipping. We can get those delivered within 3-5 days. However, some of our designs are made-to-order. It will take about 2-3 weeks before we ship those orders. 
We will be stocking our inventory every 2-3 weeks, if you would like us to send notification to you when new items arrive, you can subscribe to our newsletters.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

How do special orders or custom orders work?

We love working on special orders and custom work. If you have a vision of a special jewelry design that you'd like brought to life, please contact us to get no obligation quote. 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards. You may click on Gift Card to purchase a gift card for a loved one.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes of course!  You can let us know what you want written in the gift card during check out a the "Order Special Instruction" box.

Which fonts are used for engravings?

We use Times New Roman for all other engravings, including uppercase and lowercase letters!

How can I find my ring/necklace/bracelet size?

To determine your best fit, please refer to this our sizing guide. We also deliver free ring sizer and wrist size to you (no string attached). Let us know which one would you need by filling in our Contact form!

All shipping transit times are calculated after the order has been shipped.

Where is my order? No movement in my order when I track it.

Carrier takes about 1-2 days to update tracking initially. If you are having issues with tracking your order, please fill in contact form below and we can try to help you out to the best of our knowledge.

Is Signature Required Upon Delivery?

We require signatures for orders above $500.  We would hate for your order to get lost in transit. If you for some reason you would like to waive this option, please email us at info@wavajewelries.com

What if my order gets lost?

Please contact us immediately at info@wavajewelries.com if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue.

If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will replace your order free of charge.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service

Returning

How much is the return shipping fee?

Don't let return shipping fees weigh you down! Enjoy free returns on every order!

What is the return policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization at info@wavajewelries.com 
(no refund will be granted without return authorization)


You must ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns after the 14 day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

If you missed the 5 days window, and would like to return your items, you can do so for store credit or exchange for a different product.


We cannot, however, process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged. 

All sales are deemed final if no return is requested within the thirty (30) day period after you receive your product from us.

Conditions of return

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, pouch and accessories included)

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Special Orders or engraved products
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry Care Kit

To request a refund, simply send us an e-mail at info@wavajewelries.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your product. 

What happens if I'm passed the 14 Day Return/Exchange time frame?

Returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, it will take up to 10-15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

1. Credit Card

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.

2. Debit Visa Card

  • Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account.

4. Store Credit

For orders purchased using store credit and later returned, the amount will be reissued as store credit to your account in the same currency. If you have not yet made an account , you can create one by clicking the SIGN IN button! Mejuri is not able to issue store credit in a currency that is different from the original purchase.
